Warsztaty do wyboru:
1) MAGNUS’ FAVORITE TRICKS AND COMBOS
This workshop has it all. This is Magnus’ favorite tricks and combos. You will be climbing, dropping, inverting and spinning and more on static pole.
Level: intermediate/advanced
Time: 85 min

2) POWER POLE
In this workshop we will work with power. We will look at different kinds of
strength pole moves. (Inverts, Shoulder Mounts, Hand Springs, Dead Lifts, Flips)
All the elements and transitions you can perform on spinning or static poles.
Level: intermediate/advanced
Time: 85 min

3) POWER POLE Basic
In this workshop we will work with power. We will work with different kinds of combos with basic pole tricks. We will be working on flow and how to get smoothly from one trick to another.
Level: beginner/intermediate
Time: 85 min

4) STATIC SPINS AND SPIN SPINS
In this workshop we will work on flow movement on the pole. We will use
spinning and static poles and you will learn how to gracefully dance around the pole and floor.
Level: Beginner or intermediate/advanced (prosimy przy zapisach o informcję, którym poziomem są Państwo zainteresowani)

5) CONTEMPORARY POLE
In this class we will do a contemporary choreography using the pole and we will be spinning, rolling and dancing on the floor and in the air.

300 zł za każde zajęcia

Studio zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian w programie/odwołania grup w przypadku nie zebrania się wystarczającej ilości chętnych.
W sobotę 10.10 odbędą się maksymalnie cztery zajęcia, w niedzielę 11.10 mogą odbyć się dwa
