Yvonne was introduced to poledance in 2011 and not a single day has gone by without her training (or thinking about training) on the pole! Originating from the wallclimbing scene, she immediately fell in love with the physical challenge poledance gives her. Her unique style shows influences from chinese pole and breakdance among others. Every performance is detailed and filled with crazy flips, drops, power moves and catches that take the audiences breath away.
Yvonne is the Dutch Pole Champion 2014 (after
successfully defending her title) and was a finalist on the Dutch TV Show ‘Everybody Dance Now’. She owns a poledancing school in the Netherlands,
Vertical Balance, where she teaches men, women and kids the art of pole with great passion.

DYNAMIC TRICKS ’N DROPS - 1h 30min - 280zł/os

Are you ready to work up a sweat? Channel your inner pole acrobat and get ready for this dynamic workout! The focus in this workshop will be on fast transitions between pole moves, gravity-defying drops and body turning sequences. Yvonne will break down the exercises so everyone will be able
to work on these tricks in a safe and fun way.

COMBO & SPIN FUN - 1h 30min - 280zł/os

Learn to spin into some fun new combos on the pole! In this workshop Yvonne will teach you how to proparly execute some badass spins on a static pole, make fluid transition in and out of tricks and ultimately combine it all while still keeping your smile up.

GRIP & FLIP - 1h 30min - 280zł/os

There is a whole range of grips besides the populair twisted grip and in this workshop you’ll learn about them. You will also learn to flip in and on the pole! There are endless variations to play with; you’ll be dizzy, but happy, once you’re done.
